Eleana Kaidanian, RD, CDN, CPT-WFS is a registered dietitian, certified dietitian nutritionist, NASM certified personal trainer and Women's Fitness Specialist. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at New York University and completed her clinical dietetic internship at Northwell Health.
As a provider of medical nutrition therapy, Kaidanian’s clinical experience includes providing nutrition counseling in hospitals, extended care and rehabilitation centers, as well as high-risk maternity clinics. Her community experience includes starting a nutrition program at her local community center in East Hills as well as the senior center in Ridgewood Queens where she has been servicing since 2014. Kaidanian's role as an educator went from a local to national level in 2012 when she worked as the nutrition education coordinator of the Healthy Eating for Children Nutrition Education Program, a K-12 educational program launched by Yeshiva University in NYC, which has been implemented in day-schools throughout the United States and Canada.
Her nutrition recommendations and insight are frequently featured in the media via Insider as well as in Pregnancy and Newborn Magazine’s 'Ask the Experts' column.
As a corporate wellness trainer, Kaidanian has performed webinars reaching employees around the globe as well as on-site seminars on an array of topics related to nutrition, fitness, and overall health to employees of small and large businesses on a local and national level including Canon U.S.A, PSEG Long Island, Verizon, New York Mets, Hofstra University, St. John's University, St. Francis Hospital, and NYU Winthrop Hospital to name a few.
With special interest in perinatal nutrition including prenatal, postpartum care and lactation support, Kaidanian launched Pregnant Island- an annual local health and wellness event for expecting couples and families of young children living on Long Island.

Paige Giordano MS RD CDN CNSC, is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, and a Certified Clinical Nutrition Support Clinician. She has earned her Bachelors and Masters degree in Health & Nutrition Sciences, and completed her dietetic internship all through CUNY Brooklyn College.
Paige is proficient in clinical nutrition, providing medical nutrition therapy to a variety of disease states and conditions including but not limited to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, IBS, cirrhosis and those with compromised gastrointestinal tracts with a need for nutrition support.
In addition to Paige's nutrition background, she is an expert in fitness. Her personal experience in fitness ranges as a ballet and tap dancer for 20 years, to professional experience as a Crossfit trainer and a certified personal trainer for 5+ years. Paige has trained a broad spectrum of clients whose goals included weight loss, toning, building muscle mass and how to eat to support these specific goals.
Paige practices what she preaches and believes that habit-building, sustainable lifestyle and a long-term nutrition plan will make the biggest impact in one's health and personal goal achievement.

When Paige is not working as a dietitian she enjoys weight training, cooking and is a sucker for a good scary movie or having a dance party with her two young nieces on a Saturday night. Her two favorite foods are pickles and pasta... and yes, a good pasta dish can fit into any healthy lifestyle!

Jenifer Zakrzewski, RDN, CDN, RYT is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist and Registered Yoga Teacher. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Dietetics from the University of Nevada Las Vegas and completed her clinical dietetic internship at Northwell Health.
Jenifer provides personalized medical nutrition counseling on a variety of health conditions including hypertension, gastrointestinal disease, hypothyroid and PCOS. Jenifer's professional experience includes community nutrition, facilitating weight management programs, nutrition for healthy kids, and diabetes management. Her passion to serve locally includes leading cooking demonstrations at churches, community centers and libraries across Long Island.
In addition to her dedication to nutrition, Jenifer has a passion for yoga. In 2020, she received her certification as a registered yoga teacher and has over 15 years of personal experience. Jenifer strongly believes that being a yoga teacher makes her a better student which also holds true as a dietitian. Her commitment to continuing education in both fields enables her to be present with clients to be in highest service to their unique needs.

Jenifer loves being out in nature, especially hiking on trails and takes every opportunity to get her bare feet on the earth, especially when it is muddy! Another favorite pastime is doting over her three cats, Hitch, Luna and Meatball.

Katherine Espinoza MS, RDN, CDN, CDCES is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified
Dietitian Nutritionist, and a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist. She earned her
Bachelors of Arts in Nutrition from Queens College, CUNY and completed her dietetic
internship at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics where she honed her skills in
evidence-based nutritional care of patients. Katherine further advanced her education by
earning her Master of Science degree from New York University while working as a dietitian in
the NICU at the New York Hospital - Presbyterian Medical Center. At New York Hospital, she provided specialized nutritional care for high- risk obstetrical patients, and pediatric patients including premature infants in the NICU, where she trained medical interns on initiating enteral and parenteral nutrition. Katherine was an ACE Health Coach certified by the American College of Exercise and received her certificate of training in adult weight management from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
In addition to her clinical expertise, Katherine is actively involved in her community. She has
taught nutrition in schools as a PTA member, delivered presentations on heart-healthy
eating at local libraries, and guided people in the supermarket on how to make healthier food
choices.
As a CDCES, Katherine is dedicated to helping individuals with diabetes manage their
care through nutrition and lifestyle changes. She believes in treating each patient as a unique
individual with specific needs.
Fun facts about Katherine:
Katherine is a proud mother of four grown children, who have benefited from her nutrition
expertise over the years. They often text her from the supermarket to ask about the healthiness
of certain products. Although Katherine grew up practicing ballet, she now enjoys yoga and has
her own yoga room at home, welcoming anyone who wants to join her. As an animal lover and
pescatarian, Katherine can often be found in Northport Park walking her two little dogs, Ellie and
Winni, or taking them to the Farmer’s Market on the harbor. She makes her own dog food for
them and recently started baking them biscuits. Katherine also loves to bake banana bread
with walnuts and cinnamon to share with family and friends.
